New and upgraded movement: the new Rolex Oyster Perpetual Logbook 36
At this year’s Baselworld, Rolex is presenting the new Oyster Perpetual Journal 36, available in steel (Oyster and 18ct eternal rose gold) or in yellow CHEAP ROLEX WATCHES gold (Oyster and 18ct yellow gold), each with a choice of dials. The new Diary 36, with a redesigned 36 mm diameter case, is equipped with a 3235 mechanical movement.
The new Oyster Perpetual Diary 36 is available in a number of different combinations. The timeless pink gold version in steel with white dial, triangular bezel and 18ct pink gold Roman numerals; the yellow gold version in steel with champagne dial, diamond-set hour-markers and triangular bezel; the yellow gold version in steel with white mother-of-pearl dial and diamond-set bezel.
The Oyster case of the Logotype 36, water-resistant to 100 meters (330 feet), is a model of rugged elegance. The middle case is made from a solid block of Oyster steel. Only Rolex watchmakers have access to the movement, as the case is hermetically sealed by screwing in the finely grained caseback with a special tool exclusive to the brand.
The winding crown, doubly waterproof thanks to a double-locking system, is screwed securely to the case. The steel model in eternal pink gold, with a triangular bezel, crown and bracelet links in 18 ct eternal pink gold and links on both sides of the case and bracelet in oyster steel. Caliber 3235 This movement is equipped with the new Chronergy escapement, patented by Rolex. The new escapement is made of nickel-phosphorus, which makes it efficient, reliable and impervious to magnetic fields.
